What if I can't take part in the live webinar?
Each program is available as a Transcript PDF or downloadable MP4 (Digital Downloads). Credit Cards: We accept for your convenience the following types of credit card payments: Visa MasterCard -- Discover—AMEX
We have a few ways you can register for your webinar: 1. ONLINE: Register through our secure website 2. PHONE: Call 1-800-258-1254 and speak to a customer service representative. 3. MAIL: Complete an order form and mail it to the address shown If you have any additional registration questions, please call customer service at 1-800-258-1254
Dial in instructions and a link to download the program materials are emailed to the email address on the account that ordered the audio conference 2 days prior to the program. If you are ordering within 1 day before the program, your customer relations representative will give you this information over the phone or via email. If you are ordering on the web within 1 days before the program, you will receive an email with this information soon after your order and credit card is verified. NOTE: If for any reason you do not receive your dial-in information or welcome kit instructions 1 day prior to the conference, please call us immediately at 1-800-258-1254.
If you sign up for a group or multiple users to attend a webinars, you will be able to register the entire staff that has registered. You are able to invite on one telephone line all your employees who are registered. Discounts are offered for purchases of multiple lines and for the purchase of transcripts in PDF using the live audio conference.
Transcripts are typically delivered within one week of when the live session has concluded. Also, you'll get all the materials from the conference along with your package.
